What does StockNazar actually do?

It is stock software for distributors, wholesalers and stockists. We put your stock, parties and dues into a working system in one working day — not a login and an empty screen. After that day the records live on ordinary phones, and you can ask what you have, who owes you, and which items have stopped moving.

How long does it take to set up inventory software?

One working day. We do the migration ourselves — your products, parties, opening stock and outstandings are in the system and your team is trained before you close for the day. You do not need to hire anyone or run a project.

Do I need a technical person or an IT team?

No. StockNazar is built for owner-led businesses with no IT staff. The migration is done by us and the daily work happens on ordinary Android phones.

Can you move my data out of Tally or Excel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We take Tally exports, Excel sheets in any shape, handwritten registers and photographs of bills. Nothing has to be retyped first, and duplicate spellings of the same product or supplier are merged during the migration.

Does it work when the internet is down?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Entries are written to the phone first and synced afterwards, so work continues through a dead zone and nothing is lost when the connection returns.

Does it replace my accountant or Tally?

Accepted Answer

No. StockNazar prepares a reviewed export your accountant imports into TallyPrime. It does not file returns and does not claim tax compliance — your CA keeps doing the accounting.

What does inventory software cost for a small distributor?

Core is ₹599 per month and AI is ₹1,499 per month, plus 18% GST. Every new business starts with a 30-day AI trial and no payment card.
